What will it cost me?

Nothing. This service is free to use for Job Seekers.

How will I know if an Employer is interested in me?

You will receive an interview invite notification alert via email. You will then log in to the system and have access to the job specification. From there, you can choose to ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ the interview.

How am I matched to an Employers required criteria?

You input your skills and qualifications. The employer will also fill in required skills and qualifications for their vacant position. The unique Job Match algorithm will automatically match you to the employer’s vacant job, as long as both parties’ criteria match appropriately.

Why have I not been invited for an interview?

Your skills and qualifications do not match to any employers required skills and qualifications. Ensure to include all skills and qualifications, and to upload your personal video. This will give you more of a chance with a job match.

How can I gain an advantage over others seeking similar jobs as I am?

You are given the option of uploading a video of yourself. Upload your personal video to give employers that extra bit of information about yourself.

Can Job Match find me unpaid work experience or an apprenticeship?

No. Job Match will only match you with full time paid jobs.

Why have I not been asked to upload a CV?

 Job Match is here to change the way recruitment is done. We do not require a CV to secure you a job. You are, however, welcome to upload your CV in the Chat section or take a CV to an interview should the employer request.

How long will my profile stay live?

To keep your profile live, you must log in at least once every 12 weeks. If not, your profile will automatically be soft deleted. We do this to ensure cleanliness of the site and its servers maximising its usability, and guaranteeing that all accounts are of Job Seekers actively looking for work. To reactivate your profile, simply log back in.

Can I edit my profile?

Yes. You may edit your profile as much as you like.

How do I apply for a job?

Thanks to Job Match’s unique algorithm, you are unable to apply for a job, only accept or decline an interview sent directly by an employer.

Why can’t I see any jobs?

Job Match is here to change the way recruitment is done. You can only view a job vacancy upon a successful match. With this rule, we can ensure speedy success of securing our users a job. We can guarantee this speed as the Employer does not have to work through a pile of CV’s from applicants that aren’t suitable. Using Job Match, you have no waiting around for an answer to your job application, you can be comfortable with the knowledge that when you receive an interview invitation, it will be for a job that you are suitable for, and the employer wants someone like you.

Who will see my profile?

Employers will be able to view your profile once you have matched with their job specification. Upon a successful job match, the employer will have access to your full profile. Job Match ensures complete security with your private profile.

Will my details be sold to 3rd parties?

No. Job Match will never pass on your details to a 3rd party. The security and privacy of our Job Seekers and Employers alike is paramount to our business.

What should I do if I have a vacancy?

Create your Company Profile. Fill in all of the required fields with information about your company. Once your profile is complete, you may then begin to submit your required criteria for your vacancy.

What will it cost my company?

£250 per job.

What if I don’t receive a job match?

Change your job specification match percentage.

How long does my vacancy submission stay active?

Until you successfully recruit a Job Seeker.

Will I have to create a Company Profile every time I wish to submit a vacancy?

No. Your profile only needs setting up once.

Is there a maximum amount of vacancies I can submit?

No. Simply purchase your credits and you may submit as many vacancies as you like.

Is there a minimum amount of vacancies I have to submit?

Yes. One is the minimum amount.

What happens if I successfully employ a Job Seeker and they leave my company / they get sacked?

Either get in touch with your other matched job seekers, or upload your job specification to the site once again.

How do I invite Job Seekers for an interview?

Once you get a job match notification, you will then have access to the matched Job Seekers profile. You will also have the ability to select the ‘invite for interview’ button. Upon selection of this button, the Job Seeker will be notified via email. The Job Seeker then has access to your job specification, and may accept or decline the interview. If accepted, the ‘Chat’ screen will be accessible, which will then allow you to electronically converse with the Job Seeker through the website to arrange a date and time for an interview.

How do you match Job Seekers to my required criteria?

You fill in the required skills and qualifications and any other information, then select your percentage match modifier. This percentage match modifier allows you to select the minimum percentage of a job seekers profile you are willing to allow to match to your job specification. The Job Seekers will also fill in their skills and qualifications. Job Match’s unique algorithm will automatically match your vacancy to the job seekers profile.

Can I submit a temporary vacancy?

No. Unfortunately Job Match cannot accept temporary vacancies.

Can I submit a part-time vacancy?

Yes. Feel free to submit as many as you’d like.

Can I submit a full-time vacancy?

Yes. Feel free to submit as many as you’d like.

How do you source Job Seekers?

Job Match’s unique service offering attracts many Job Seekers from all over the UK.

Is my company suitable for this service?

How do I know that Job Match isn’t just like every other recruitment agency?

How do I get a VAT receipt for online payments?

Simply ‘view your invoice’ once you have purchased a new credit. From there, you can print.

Can I edit the vacancy required criteria once posted?

Yes. You may edit the vacancy required criteria as often as you like.

What happens if I purchase a credit, then change my mind?

Credit purchases are non-refundable.
